Kathryn Cooper’s practice focuses on the following practice areas:

• Corporate law, including Federal and Provincial incorporations, minute book upkeep, annual corporate filings, registration of business names and corporate audits;
• Civil and family matters and elder law including Mandates in the Event of Incapacity, estate settlement, the implementation of legal regimes (protective supervision and curatorships) and debt collection.
