Stephen Ashkenazy’s practice focuses on the following practice areas:

• General commercial and civil litigation specializing in product liability, transportation law, real estate law, commercial disputes and employment law;
• Business law specializing in the purchase and sale of businesses, drafting and review of various commercial agreements including leases, employment contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements.

Stephen has many years of experience representing national automobile manufacturers and major companies in the transportation, moving and warehousing business.

Stephen also represents a range of small and medium sized business located in the West Island of Montreal as well as throughout Quebec and Canada

Stephen was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1987.

Kathryn Cooper’s practice focuses on the following practice areas:

• Corporate law, including Federal and Provincial incorporations, minute book upkeep, annual corporate filings, registration of business names and corporate audits;
• Civil and family matters and elder law including Mandates in the Event of Incapacity, estate settlement, the implementation of legal regimes (protective supervision and curatorships) and debt collection.
